By the Farm’s configuration and location advantages, it’s a perfect place to hold events such as festivals, family or friends parties, company’s meetings, baptisms, bachelor’s parties, birthdays, etc. The fact that the Farm is located in the entrance of the village, but surrounded by land, trees and other vegetation without homes nearby, allows the users to acquire all the desires they normally want: either a calm and relaxing leisure ideal for a stress cure from the city or, alternatively, it can provide a modest but equally noisy environment and where the loud music even amplified, does not bother neighbours.

To this end, there are covered areas such as rooms and terraces where you can perform any kind of events with small or medium size. In gardens and lawns surrounding the house, the pool pavilion can be adjusted to the needed layout with tables and tents to allow the event implementation outdoors or inside.

For the larger festivities like weddings and baptisms, or those that require a greater number of guests, the farm will soon be ready with a Pavilion prepared specifically for this purpose. In this case it’s necessary to contact in advance to show facilities and accord details.

You can rent the farm for any type of event, with or without the exclusive use, in the form of rent-only facility, or, alternatively, with hired additional, such as catering , cleaning and support services, or artists and shows appropriate for the event.

Particularly interesting for conducting parties or for the fun of users occasionally hosted, is the new space that was recently prepared in the area of the old stables - the Hall of Music - a sort of small bar / private club perfectly integrated and contiguous to a place where there is also a Barbecue / kitchen where you can prepare meals and snacks and two rooms where you can relax from the agitated party environment!

The farm has not only the advantage of allowing events, but also the advantage of providing the guests facilities where they can rest and sleep, staying overnight, without needing, in this case to travel.

Therefore they can eat and drink as much as they please.
In case of overbooking the farm (when you have a group with more then 30) and the farm’s facilities are not enough, nearby (about 100/200metros) you can find residential premises with good quality, affordable, and fully accessible by foot in less than 5 minutes.


In order to rent the Farm’s facilities for events or groups that require exclusivity, please contact the owner in advance, so that the Farm’s availability is blocked in other sites where it’s advertised.
